Weatherseal – Delta / B&D Garage Doors
The Delta / B&D Garage Door Weatherseal is a replacement bottom rubber seal designed to suit compatible Delta PanelDor, B&D rolling door and B&D COLORBOND® sectional garage doors.
Installed along the bottom edge of the garage door, the flexible weatherseal compresses against the garage floor when the door closes, helping reduce the entry of water, dust, leaves, debris, drafts and pests.
Ideal for replacing an original seal that has become hard, cracked, flattened, torn or damaged with age.

The profile of garage door bottom rails and weatherseals has changed over the years, so the manufacturing date and existing seal profile should be checked before ordering.
🏠 Delta PanelDor – Post 2009
Suitable for compatible Delta PanelDor sectional garage doors manufactured from 2009 onwards.
The seal slides into the compatible aluminium bottom rail and runs across the full width of the door.
When the door closes, the flexible seal compresses against the garage floor to help close the gap underneath the bottom panel.
🌀 B&D Rolling Doors – Post 1996
Suitable for compatible B&D rolling garage doors manufactured from 1996 onwards.
B&D changed its bottom rail/weatherseal design around 1996, so earlier B&D rolling doors can require a different seal profile.
If your B&D rolling door was manufactured before 1996, this weatherseal should not be assumed to fit.

Also suitable for compatible B&D COLORBOND® sectional garage doors manufactured from 2008 onwards.
This makes the weatherseal a useful replacement across a broad range of later B&D sectional garage doors fitted with the compatible bottom rail profile.

A correctly fitted bottom weatherseal helps close the small gaps between the bottom of the garage door and the garage floor.
This can help reduce the entry of:

A weatherseal cannot completely waterproof a garage, particularly where the floor slopes toward the garage or during wind-driven rain, but a correctly fitted seal can significantly improve the seal along the bottom of the door.

The wide flexible profile allows the seal to compress and conform to minor variations in the garage floor when the door closes.

The weatherseal can be cut to suit the required garage door width.
When replacing an existing seal, allowing a small amount of additional length before final trimming can make installation easier and help avoid accidentally cutting the seal too short.

Earlier doors may use a different weatherseal and bottom rail profile.
The weatherseal helps reduce the entry of water, dust, leaves, drafts and pests but should not be considered a completely waterproof barrier. Uneven floors, sloping driveways and wind-driven rain can still allow water underneath or around a garage door.
