Designed for larger, heavier and custom sectional garage doors, the bundle allows you to purchase the SDO-9V3 Smart Pro operator together with your choice of compatible C-Rail, Safety Beams and B&D AUTO-LOCK™.
With a powerful 1400N peak pulling force and support for correctly balanced garage doors up to 300kg, the Smart Pro is particularly well suited to large double doors, architectural garage doors and heavier custom-clad sectional doors. B&D specifies the SDO-9V3 Smart Pro for steel or aluminium rails with chain or belt drive options.

Safety Beams are particularly important with the Smart Pro because the opener incorporates smartphone capability and may therefore be operated when the user is not standing within direct line-of-sight of the garage door.
📱 Safety Beams Required for Smart Control
B&D states that Safety Beams are compulsory with the sale of smart opener devices and are required when installing a B&D Smart opener for operation from anywhere.

🔒 Add B&D AUTO-LOCK™
For additional physical garage door security, the bundle can also be configured with B&D AUTO-LOCK™.
AUTO-LOCK™ automatically secures the garage door when it reaches the closed position, providing an additional physical locking point rather than relying solely on the opener and C-Rail to hold the door closed.
B&D describes AUTO-LOCK™ as a wireless system using a heavy-duty locking bolt that automatically engages whenever the garage door closes.
