Description
The B&D Roll-A-Door Series 1 Guide/Track Kit is a replacement pair of side guides designed for compatible B&D Roll-A-Door Series 1 roller doors.
The guides are installed vertically on either side of the opening and provide the running channel that retains and guides the roller door curtain as the door opens and closes. B&D’s Series 1 installation documentation specifies that the guides are installed plumb on each side of the opening with the correct working clearance to the door curtain.

The guides can be cut down where required to suit the installation. B&D specifies that when Series 1 guides require shortening, they should be cut from the bottom of the guide.
⚙️ Guides the Roller Door Curtain
The guides are positioned vertically on each side of the door opening and retain the edges of the Roll-A-Door curtain during operation.
Correct guide alignment and clearance are important for smooth and reliable door operation.
B&D specifies that the guides should be installed true and plumb, with the curtain overlapping evenly on both sides.

Select the required guide height when ordering.
Where guides need to be shortened, B&D’s Series 1 installation instructions specify that material should be removed from the bottom of the guide.
Do not apply grease to the guides. B&D specifically warns that grease can damage the Nylofelt running strips and adversely affect door operation.
