The Grifco LR-Drive is a powerful light-commercial roller door operator designed for larger spring-balanced roller doors, wind-locked doors and commercial roller grilles where a conventional residential opener may not provide sufficient capacity.
With a powerful 1300N maximum pull force, 45Nm torque and capacity for standard spring-balanced roller doors up to 28m² and 270kg, the LR-Drive bridges the gap between residential roller door openers and Grifco’s larger industrial operator range.
Its slimline direct-drive design requires as little as 45mm of sideroom, while an included battery backup, Security+ 2.0 radio system and myQ compatibility provide the features expected from a modern commercial access system.

⚠️ Please Note
The 28m², 270kg and 5.5m ratings are maximum application limits and assume a correctly spring-balanced, mechanically sound roller door. Grifco specifies that the manual lifting requirement of the correctly balanced door must not exceed 20kg.
The LR-Drive is rated for up to 50 operating cycles per day. Applications with substantially higher operating frequencies may require a dedicated industrial operator.
