🚪 Fixed Self-Closing Tension
The SHF-110L-MAX incorporates a factory-set fixed spring tension that automatically returns the gate towards the closed position after it has been opened.

⚠️ Please Note
Safetech specifies a maximum holding weight of 35kg and a maximum closing weight of 26kg for the SHF-110L-MAX.
These ratings are based on a standard test gate measuring approximately 900mm wide x 1200mm high.
Gates exceeding these dimensions can place substantially greater leverage on the hinges and may reduce their effective holding and self-closing capacity.
The 35kg holding capacity should not be confused with the 26kg self-closing capacity. For a self-closing installation, the gate must remain within the appropriate closing capacity.
The SHF-110L-MAX has fixed factory-set closing tension. If adjustable closing tension is required, an appropriate Safetech adjustable-tension hinge should be selected instead.
Safetech specifies that these hinges are designed for non-automated gates. They should not be used as the primary hinge system for an automated swing gate.
The gate and supporting posts must be structurally suitable for the hinge loads and all fixing points should be securely installed.
