The Delta Composite PanelDor is a premium custom-manufactured sectional overhead garage door combining a purpose-designed extruded aluminium frame with face-fixed Delta Composite aluminium sheeting.
Manufactured around our 38mm aluminium door frame, the PanelDor uses 6063-T5 extruded aluminium rails and stiles to create a strong yet lightweight structural framework. The external composite aluminium face is bonded directly to the frame using industrial adhesive, producing a clean architectural appearance without exposed face fixings.
