The Centsys D5-Evo 500kg Sliding Gate Operator is a powerful and reliable automatic sliding gate motor designed for residential, townhouse and light commercial applications.
Featuring a 12V DC motor system powered by a 240V AC mains supply, the D5-Evo delivers fast, smooth and controlled gate movement, with an operating speed of up to 22 metres per minute under suitable conditions.
Designed to automate sliding gates weighing up to 500kg, the D5-Evo combines intelligent electronic control, adjustable operating parameters, obstacle detection and battery backup capability in a compact, weather-resistant housing.
The operator features an integrated control PCB, 1.8A switch-mode battery charger, multichannel NOVA receiver and ChronoGuard timer functionality, providing flexible access control and automated gate operation.
This package includes two genuine Centsys NOVA four-button transmitters, the operator mounting baseplate and manual release keys.
The 12V battery and gate rack are not included and must be purchased separately.

The D5-Evo is designed for suitable sliding gates weighing up to 500kg.
The gate must have:

- A suitable foundation and mounting arrangement
- Correctly installed safety equipment
Gate condition, travel length, operating frequency and installation requirements must be assessed before selecting an operator.
Compatible Remote Controls
The integrated NOVA receiver supports compatible Centsys NOVA code-hopping transmitters, including:

The package includes the control PCB, 1.8A switch-mode charger, multichannel NOVA receiver, two NOVA four-button transmitters, ChronoGuard timer functionality, mounting baseplate and manual release keys.
The 12V battery and gate rack are not included.
A compatible battery is required for normal operation and must be purchased separately.
This is the conventional D5-Evo operator and should not be confused with the newer D5-Evo SMART model.
The maximum gate weight rating is 500kg, subject to suitable gate construction, mechanical condition and installation requirements.
The maximum operating speed is achieved only under suitable conditions and may vary with gate weight and controller settings.
Photoelectric safety beams and other protective devices may be required depending on the installation.
The gate must be mechanically sound, correctly aligned and able to move freely before automation.
Installation and commissioning must be performed by an appropriately qualified gate automation technician in accordance with Centsys instructions and applicable Australian safety and electrical requirements.
