Our 1m Strengthened Inverted Nylon Gate Racking is designed for smooth, reliable operation on residential and light commercial sliding gates up to 800kg.
Constructed from high-strength reinforced nylon with a galvanised steel core, this rack combines durability with quiet performance. The internal steel insert provides rigidity and load strength, while the nylon outer reduces operational noise and minimises wear on the motor pinion compared to traditional steel rack.
Each 1-metre section is precision moulded to join seamlessly with the next, allowing you to customise the overall rack length to suit your gate width. Every section includes 6 integrated mounting lugs across the 1m length, providing strong and evenly distributed fixing points for secure installation and accurate gear mesh alignment.
Ideal for use with Delta sliding gate motors and compatible with most standard sliding gate operators.
