The Hydraulic Pivot System is a heavy-duty concealed pivot and self-closing system designed specifically to mount inside the Delta Pivot Door Frame.
Manufactured from 304 stainless steel and aluminium with a satin finish, the system provides a clean architectural installation with the hydraulic mechanism concealed within the door frame. It is suitable for large pivot door leaves up to 1500mm wide and weighing up to 100kg.
🚪 Designed for the Delta Pivot Door Frame
The Hydraulic Pivot System has been specifically selected for integration into the Delta Pivot Door Frame.
The compact hydraulic body installs inside the frame, keeping the operating mechanism concealed and maintaining the clean, minimal appearance of the completed pivot door.
⚙️ Hydraulic Self-Closing System
The integrated hydraulic mechanism provides controlled door movement and automatic self-closing.
The system incorporates adjustable hydraulic functions that allow the movement of the door to be tuned to suit the installation.

🔄 Single & Double-Acting Operation
The pivot system can be configured for either single-acting or double-acting door operation.
Double-Acting
- 180° total rotation
- Door can operate in both directions
- Hold positions at 90°, 0° and -90°
- Self-closing from 125° and -125° toward the 0° closed position
Single-Acting
Suitable for doors fitted with a latch:
- 90° rotation
- Hold positions at 90° and 0°
- Self-closing from 125° toward the 0° closed position
🎛️ Adjustable Hydraulic Movement
The hydraulic pivot incorporates multiple adjustments for controlling how the door behaves throughout its movement.
Damper Control provides hydraulic backcheck during opening, helping cushion the door as it approaches the wider opening range. This can help provide softer operation and reduce the possibility of the door being forcefully opened against an adjacent wall or structure.
Latch Control accelerates the door shortly before reaching the closed position, helping ensure the door has sufficient momentum to correctly engage a compatible latch.
30° Speed Control determines the closing speed through the final section of the door’s movement, allowing the closing action to be adjusted to suit the installation.
