Description
The Magnetic Lock Kit is a complete gate locking package designed to provide secure electromagnetic locking for compatible automatic swing gate installations.
The kit combines a high-strength 350kg magnetic lock with the mounting brackets, relay, power supply and connection lead required to integrate the lock into a compatible gate automation system.
🔒 350kg Magnetic Lock
The kit includes a 350kg electromagnetic lock designed to securely hold the gate in the closed position.
When energised, the magnetic lock holds the gate closed using electromagnetic force. When an opening command is received, the gate controller can activate the supplied relay to release the magnetic lock before the gate operators begin opening.
This provides additional physical holding force at the closed position, particularly useful for larger gates or installations exposed to wind loads.

🔩 ZL Mounting Bracket Set
A ZL bracket set is included for mounting the magnetic lock and armature plate to the gate.
The bracket arrangement provides flexibility when positioning the magnetic lock and is particularly useful where the gate construction does not allow the lock and armature to be mounted directly opposite each other.
🔌 Omron Relay & Base
The supplied Omron relay and matching relay base allow the magnetic lock to be controlled from a compatible gate controller.
The relay provides electrical isolation between the gate controller’s lock command and the magnetic lock power circuit, allowing the controller to switch the magnetic lock as part of the gate’s opening and closing sequence.
⚡ Dedicated 12Vdc Power Supply
A dedicated 12Vdc power pack is supplied to power the magnetic lock.
Using a separate power supply means the magnetic lock does not need to draw its operating current directly from the gate controller’s accessory power output.
🔧 3-Pin Plug & Lead Included
The kit also includes a 3-pin female plug and lead for connection into the applicable gate automation system.
This provides the required connection lead as part of the complete kit rather than requiring it to be purchased separately.

Compatibility
Suitable for compatible automatic swing gate systems where the gate controller provides an appropriate output or command that can be used to operate the supplied relay.
The magnetic lock should be correctly sequenced so that it releases before the gate operators attempt to open the gate.

This kit requires professional installation and electrical connection to the gate automation system.
Compatibility with the gate controller should be confirmed before installation. The relay wiring and lock release timing must be configured correctly to prevent the operators attempting to move the gate while the magnetic lock remains engaged.
