FAAC 770N 24V Underground Electromechanical Operator – 10675301
The FAAC 770N 24V is a concealed underground electromechanical swing gate operator designed for residential gate automation where appearance, reliability and smooth operation are important.
Installed beneath the gate hinge inside a separately purchased foundation box, the 770N keeps the automation almost completely hidden while providing powerful 24V operation, continuous-duty performance and advanced electronic safety functions when paired with compatible FAAC control equipment.
The 770N 24V is suitable for individual swing gate leaves weighing up to 500kg and up to 3.5 metres long when used with an electric lock.

🏗️ Concealed Underground Installation
The FAAC 770N is designed to be installed underground directly beneath the gate hinge.
With the operator concealed below ground level, the gate retains a clean appearance without visible linear or articulated operators mounted to the gate or posts.

🔒 Self-Locking Operation
The 770N uses an irreversible electromechanical gearbox which resists movement of the gate when the motor is stopped.

For gate leaves exceeding 2 metres, an electric lock is required.
🔋 Battery Backup Compatible
The 24V system allows optional emergency battery backup when paired with compatible FAAC control equipment.
A correctly configured battery backup system can allow the gate to continue operating during a mains power failure.
Battery backup equipment is not included with the individual operator.

The release allows the gate to be mechanically disengaged so it can be operated manually when required.

🛑 Optional Mechanical Stops
Optional opening and closing mechanical stops are available for the FAAC 770N system.

The maximum specified gate leaf length is 2 metres without an electric lock. An electric lock is required for gate leaves exceeding 2 metres and up to the maximum 3.5 metre specification.
The standard maximum opening angle is approximately 110°. Optional components are available for 140° and 180° configurations, with different maximum gate leaf lengths applying to these configurations.
Electronic control equipment, foundation box, lever release, release keys, radio receiver, transmitters, photocells, electric lock, battery backup equipment and other installation accessories are not included with this product.
Correct foundation preparation and drainage are essential for underground gate automation.
Maximum gate dimensions are manufacturer limits and do not automatically mean every gate within those dimensions is suitable. Gate construction, weight, wind loading, hinge condition, operating geometry and frequency of use must also be considered.
